From the Post-War Era to the Third Generation
We have been developing real estate projects since the immediate post-war period in Piedmont, in the residential and public construction sector, before moving to Liguria and Sardinia, and expanding in the 1990s to North Africa as well. We are now in the third generation of builders; over the years we have diversified and broadened our expertise and investments to include renewable energy and hotel management.
Today the group’s core business remains tourist-residential construction. We are guided by one principle: to offer our clients realities we would buy ourselves, exclusively in seaside locations, in prestigious settings.
